Research Interests
Organometallic Chemistry: Novel carbene ligands for catalysis.
His research is focused on making novel organometallic complexes and testing them for catalytic activity. These organometallic complexes consist of a small organic molecule (ligand) and a transition metal (Ir, Pd or Rh). His project at Yale University has produced five publications (that now have more than 100 citations), including a publication in a top-ranked chemistry journal: Journal of the American Chemical Society.
