Retrieving Patron Information

To find out what items you have checked out or whether you owe any fines, go to the Patron Information section of BANC.

IN ORDER TO RETRIEVE YOUR PATRON INFORMATION, YOU MUST ACTIVATE YOUR STUDENT ID AT THE HUTCHINS LIBRARY CIRCULATION DESK.

• To retrieve patron information, access the Hutchins Library Home Page.

• Click the Search button (as highlightef below) underneath "BANC."

• After gaining access to BANC, click on the Patron tab (as shown below).

• Type in the 14 digit number of your Student ID in the box next to "Barcode" (as highlighted below).

• Enter your last name in the second box (as highlighted below).

• Click the "Login" botton.

• Your patron record should appear (much like the one shown below). When you are in the Patron Record, the Logout button is highlighted. MAKE SURE TO LOGOUT SO THAT OTHERS CANNOT ACCESS YOUR INFORMATION.
